Registration. Limited to 20 people, first come first served.

Fee: $30

Transportation Provided. More details to come!

Dinner, breakfast, and lunchtime snacks are provided.  If needed, a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, tent, and headlamp will be provided.

The Contemplative Sciences Center (CSC) and UVA REC are partnering to offer a weekend retreat at Shenandoah National Park's Big Meadows campground.

Join this student refuge that combines the awe of the night sky with contemplative experiences for star gazing and a morning yoga practice. 

The experience will be led by Jon Bosley, Director UVA Rec's Outdoor Adventure and Matthew Busch, Assistant Director UVA Rec's Outdoor Adventure along with CSC's John Bultman, Ashtanga Yoga Programs Manager.
