The Dell pond from the sluiceway side

Take a guided mindful walk around the Dell and Contemplative Commons to reconnect with nature and yourself. These walks will be outside when the weather permits and indoors when it doesn’t. 

  • Light movement (walking, standing); no experience necessary; no equipment required 
  • Mondays, 4:00-4:45 pm
  • Location: Meet in the Contemplative Commons 1st Floor Lobby
  • Instructor: CCSA students (various) and CSC staff (various) 

This is a screen-free/technology-free program.
