Contemplative Changemakers
Overview
Contemplative Changemakers is a reflective and community-rooted experience for UVA undergraduate students who care about personal growth and social impact. This offering, supported by the Dalai Lama Fellows program and Contemplative Sciences Center, invites students into an opportunity to explore themselves and how they show up in an everchanging, uncertain world. Through a shared dinner, a two-day retreat, and a follow-up gathering (all at the Contemplative Commons), we’ll slow down, reflect together, and explore how inner awareness can support meaningful change beyond ourselves.
Dinner 1: Wednesday, October 7th at 7:00pm-9:00pm
Retreat Day 1: Saturday, October 17th at 10:00am-8:00pm
Retreat Day 2: Sunday, October 18th at 10:00am-2:00pm
Dinner 2: Wednesday, October 28th at 7:00pm-9:00pm
