CHILL WITH CAVMAN: Yoga & Mindfulness After the 4th Year Student “Run with Jim”

After the Run with Jim on April 30 (the last day of class!) come chill, stretch, and do some mindfulness and yoga with CAVMAN! We'll start immediately following the morning run!

Chill with Cavman: WOW! Cavman will join us for some yoga on the lawn!  Watch him do down dog! Then relax on the last day of classes, chill, stretch, and engage in a mindfulness exercise with our certified instructors.  Bring your own mat if you are not running. We have a limited number we will provide.

Fourth-year Run With Jim (join the run or just the Chill with Cavman!): 7:45am This 2-mile route through Central Grounds takes participants down memory lane past iconic locations in an undergraduate student’s experience. The starting point will be Scott Stadium. The ending point will be the back of the Rotunda, facing the lawn.  This event is open to all energy levels and abilities, and participants are welcome to run, walk, or move along the route as they wish. Those not wanting to traverse the route are invited to an every-body yoga class on the Lawn starting at the same time as the run.  Runners and walkers are welcome to join the class when they finish the route. Register for the run portion.
