Let the stress of the week go with gentle yoga on Friday afternoons. This 90-minute, all-levels yoga class for UVA students allows you to begin your weekend with intention and a focus on rest. 

  • Light movement (sitting, standing, bending); no experience necessary; equipment provided 
  • Fridays, 3:00-4:30pm
  • Location: Contemplative Commons (TBD)
  • Instructor: CSC staff (various), guests 

This is a screen-free/technology-free program.
