Virtual Meditation on the Lawn is a virtual drop-in meditation or short guided reflection that CSC hosts along with University partners. These brief, 7-8 minute sessions, held during the school year, are open to the UVA community and anyone else who is interested in pausing, particularly at this very stressful and often lonely time, to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, resilience, and a sense of belonging with others so inclined. Each week a different instructor, practitioner, or UVA community leader guides the meditation or moment of reflection.
