The Contemplative Sciences Center offers a number of classes to learn and practice mind-body movements, meditation, and other contemplative techniques and methods for greater well-being and flourishing. Unless otherwise noted, these offerings require registration, but are free and open to the public. Some are virtual only, some are in-person, and many are hybrid.
