What Are We Rushing Toward?
College is full of pressure, and time is at the heart of so much of it: Choosing a major, getting the right GPA, finding the right internship, and figuring out what comes next. Oh and somehow actually nurturing friendships, participating in student life and...enjoying these short four years.
With all these demands on our time, it's easy to get caught up in the rush. But what might it look like to slow down and choose our pace a little more intentionally?
Join members of the Contemplative Sciences Center for an evening of slowing down, connecting with one another, and finding some of our own wisdom about how we want to move through our college years. There will be no hacks for managing your time, just a reminder a rushed life is not necessarily a full life.
